By using the services on the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Article 1 Scope of Application

This Agreement applies to all services provided by the Site.

Article 2 User's Responsibility

Users must ensure that all information they provide when using the Site is accurate and up-to-date.
Users shall not infringe upon the rights of third parties in their use of the Site.

Article 3 Product Order and Formation of Contract

The User may order products through the Site.
A product order is considered to be a contract when the user confirms the order and the Company receives the order.
Product prices, availability, and delivery costs shall apply as of the time of the order.

Article 4 Payment

Payment shall be made by the method determined by the Site.
Any fees or duties related to payment shall be borne by the user.

Article 5 Shipping

Sagawa Express will be used for deliveries within Japan and FedEx for deliveries outside Japan.
Shipments will be made except Thursdays, Saturdays, Sundays, Golden Week, Obon, and year-end and New Year holidays.
Delivery time outside Japan is 9-12 business days, and within Japan is 3-10 business days.
In accordance with DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the user.

Article 6 Returns and Refunds

No returns or refunds will be accepted at the convenience of the user.

Article 7 Disclaimer

The Company makes no express or implied warranty as to the quality or performance of the products.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising in connection with the use of this site.

Article 8 Restriction and Suspension of Use

The Company reserves the right to restrict or suspend use of the Site without prior notice in the event that a user violates these Terms of Use.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such restriction or suspension.

Article 9 Handling of Personal Information

The Company will handle the personal information of users appropriately in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The modified Terms and Conditions will be applied from the time they are posted on the Site.
