Shipping Terms
The shipping companies we use to deliver our products are FedEx for deliveries outside Japan and Sagawa Express for deliveries within Japan.
We do not deliver to Okinawa and remote islands within Japan.
Please understand this beforehand.
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of your order after delivery.
International Delivery
We deliver from Japan to Australia, Canada, Singapore, and South Africa.
We do not currently offer international shipping to countries other than those listed above.
For international deliveries, we offer a "signed for delivery confirmation" service that allows you to pick up your package in person without having to leave it outside.
Delivery Time
All shipments are made from Japan and follow the Japanese calendar.
Shipping is not available on Thursdays, Saturdays, Sundays, Golden Week, Obon, and New Year's holidays.
Delivery time outside Japan: FedEx 9-12 business days
Delivery time within Japan: Sagawa Express 3 to 10 business days
Please note that we may take longer than expected in case of delivery or product problems.
We will send an email to notify you as soon as possible in the event of a problem.
For items that will take longer than the above mentioned delivery time, we will specify the delivery time in advance at the time of the sales announcement.
Delivery Charges
Shipping charges vary depending on the total value of the order, the destination country, and the weight and size of the items.
Specific charges will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Insurance
Insurance against loss or damage during shipping is included in the shipping price.
Customs Clearance and Duty (DDU)
Our deliveries are made under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) conditions.
This means that you are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred in the destination country.
Failure to pay duties and taxes may delay the receipt of your goods.
Please note that these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Confirmation of Shipping Address
Delayed or undeliverable shipments due to an incorrect address may result in additional charges.
